Work on requests that are in queue to make additional changes within the Service Desk application. (Request area changes, clean up of groups, workflow changes, etc.) Assist in the deployment of the self service interface for the distribution centers.Create reports using Service Desk and Crystal Reports based on metrics gathered from the Service Desk tool. Assist the ESM team in assessing the upgrade to USPSD R11. Daily support activities for the Service Desk tool.Expand the capability of the auto ticket generation function. Today it only applies to a limited set of scenarios.

NSM Support
Daily support activities for NSM.Expand support services created in 2006 * event correlation, business process views and high availability. Collaborate with ESM Architect to plan and build a patch management solution using the various CA products in place. Collaborate with the ESM architect to build a disaster recovery plan for NSM and Service Desk.
